Every batch of Copper in the Clouds Prickly Pear & Mandarin Gin Liqueur starts exactly where it should: with fresh fruits! These which are peeled, stoned and processed in house before they are added to a gin recipe. The fruit and gin are blended with a small amount of British beet sugar before it is lightly filtered to remove any fruit solids before bottling.
