This is a soft, washed rind cheese which produces a health strong aroma and gooey runny centre.
Made in the Scottish Highlands by the Stone family using pasteurised cow's milk from their short horned cows. Even though it's called Minger the taste however is milder than you might expect. Spreadable, delicious and increasingliy popular.
