
Peter’s Yard Crispbread Caraway
These Caraway sourdough crispbreads are inspired by Peters love of Sweden, the home of crispbread. They use simple, natural ingredients including organic spelt flour, organic fresh milk, crushed caraway seeds and their precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until golden and crisp, they are the natural choice for a strong hard cheese such as a cave-aged cheddar.
