Our hand-made Pumpkin & Sage Vegan Tortelloni are made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours. They are individually hand-folded to incorporate more filling, which is made from scratch in our London kitchens. This Pumpkin & Sage filling is an all-time classic now suitable for vegans! The delicious and creamy filling is made using Italian Pumpkins of the sweetest variety roasted in the oven in our kitchen. Then we just add some breadcrumbs and a bit of Sage to enhance the flavour. Serve it with a drizzle of olive oil or your favourite sauce! Suitable for vegans. Suitable for freezing.
