Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg content (30%) and thanks to a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, holds the cooking very well. This filling is made with premium beef. Fresh full cut beef is slowly cooked with red wine and vegetables. Try them with some Béchamel and Mushroom or just with olive oil and Parmesan Cheese! Suitable for freezing.
