Westcombe is a smooth, well rounded farmhouse Cheddar from Somerset, selected for its warm, lingering flavours and happy balance of creaminess and acidity. Oxonlees, named after one of the fields on their farm, is a project to select and age on the best batches of Westcombe Cheddar.
